For Onsite service within metropolitan area, a call-out fee is charged to contribute to the time and vehicle costs related travelling to and from your premises. 1/2 hour travel time fee applies.
*Outside Metropolitan area, actual traveling time will be levied. |

| Pickup or Delivery Fees |

We come to your office or home and pickup your PC. Repairs are completed at our workshop. When the job is finished----we drop it back off*.
*There is also a charge of $35 if you would like your computer delivered back to your home or else you can pick it up when it is ready. |

Please note that in the unlikely event we are unable to fix a problem or you choose not to proceed with the repair job for any reason, there will be call out fee of $35
If your problem is not fixed or re-occurs, and we return to your site to repeat work already performed, there will be no additional charge.
