Hewtech Solutions are a New Zealand IT solutions company based in west Auckland. We cover all aspects of IT services including the supply, installation, set-up, repairs and support of home , business and education.

2.Do you have a showroom or office and can I come and visit you?

Our business is operated in a highly cost-efficient way. The basic form of business operation is set to be on-site and mobile services. We are not open to the public and don't encourage customer to visit us. But you are welcome to visit us if you arrange an appointment first.

3.What is your trading hours?

We operate from 7:30am to 10:00pm 7 days. We don't have any surcharge for the evening, weekend and public holiday.

4.What is your " No fix, No fee" policy?

Our highly trained IT professional will perform the job at the highest standard at all time. Most of problem will be solved at one time. But If your problem is not fixed or re-occurs, and we return to your site to repeat work already performed, there will be no additional charge. However, Please note that in the unlikely event we are unable to fix a problem or you choose not to proceed with the repair job for any reason, there will be call out fee of $35(exclude GST).

5.What are your payment terms?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Direct credit and Internet banking. We don't accept credit card payment for our service. The credit card payment is only available for our online shop.

Full payment on completion of service paid to engineer when you are completely satisfied. Cash and Cheques payment are accepted.

We also provide the bill payment method for our customers.If you are not ready to pay our engineer on the completion of the service. We will send you the bill and you can choose to pay us within 7 days from the invoice date. If a bill is not paid, a collections company is usually given the responsibility of collecting the amount due.

We are prepared to be flexible. If you feel that these payment terms are not satisfactory contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.

6. How do I pay by direct credit, internet banking and cheque?

Please make all cheques payable to Hewtech Solutions
Or deposit the total amount into our bank account.
